Refund Policy

At All Things Beautiful by Savi, every piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and heart. We want you to love what you receive. However, due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, please review the policy below:

✿ Returns & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, as each item is carefully made to order. Please make your selection thoughtfully.

✿ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a different product/product that is damaged during transit then returns and replacements are accepted only if the request is raised to the email allthingsbeautifulbysavi@gmail.com within 1 day or 24 hrs from the time of shipment delivery, along with the following

  • Your order number
  • Unedited opening Video of the package
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

The to and fro delivery charges for Returns and exchanges will be borne by us  only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product was dispatched
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product delivery did not occur 
  • Different variant of product dispatched from the warehouse

Note: The product should be returned to us in case of damage/incorrect product, within 3 days from delivery.

✿ Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

✿ Custom Orders

All custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

✿ Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin crafting your order and cannot offer cancellations.
