Shipping policy

At All Things Beautiful by Savi, every piece is made with care and intention, and we take the same care in getting it to you safely.

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. 

✿ Processing Time

Each item is handcrafted and often made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for creation before your order is shipped. Custom orders may take a bit longer — we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

✿ Shipping Within India

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, your package typically arrives in 3–7 business days, depending on your location and subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. 

✿ Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

✿ International Shipping

For international shipping, please get in touch with us after placing your order. Additional shipping charges will apply.

✿ Delays

While we do our best to dispatch on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen issues. That said — we’ll always keep you updated and do our best to help.
